Requirements

Outgoing, proactive personality with strong goal-driven motivation
Knowledge of current agricultural practices
Ability to lift 40 lbs and sit, stand, or squat for extended periods
Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
Willingness and ability to mentor less-experienced candidates
Strong communication skills with ability to build customer relationships
Proficiency with computerized tools and reports
Strong math skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in business or an agriculture-related field
3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in ag equipment or a related field
