We’re not looking for someone to simply manage spreadsheets and check boxes. We’re looking for someone who sees a marketing strategy and thinks: “Here’s how we make this real, impactful, and unforgettable.” As a Marketing Producer, you’ll be at the heart of the action: transforming high-level business objectives into concrete marketing campaigns targeting an international B2B audience including operators, amusement parks, museums, and entertainment centers. From brainstorming to launch, you’ll lead projects from A to Z while collaborating closely with leadership, sales, business development, and creative teams around the world. If you love thinking strategically as much as rolling up your sleeves and making things happen — you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing production, or campaign management
  • Fully bilingual in French and English with excellent English writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Solid foundation in strategic marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and analytics
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and media relations skills
  • Ability to directly produce marketing deliverables and manage projects from A to Z
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the attractions, entertainment, or immersive technology industries
  • B2B marketing experience targeting operators or venue owners
  • Knowledge of amusement parks, museums, or family entertainment centers
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Background in video production, 3D visualization, or experiential marketing

Responsibilities

  • Turn marketing strategies into concrete action plans
  • Lead projects from concept to launch
  • Help grow and elevate the Triotech brand and employer brand
  • Supervise a team member and external partners
  • Coordinate the marketing operations calendar
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus
  • Ensure budgets, timelines, and quality standards are respected
  • Orchestrate resources, vendors, and deliverables
  • Produce videos, presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital content
  • Jump into production when projects require a hands-on approach
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
  • Coordinate marketing materials for new product launches
  • Develop sales support tools for global markets
  • Adapt content for different international audiences and markets
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows and key industry events
  • Analyze marketing ROI to optimize investments and budgets
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Stay on top of marketing trends and entertainment industry developments
  • Manage digital assets, file libraries, and version control systems
  • Oversee technical deployment of campaigns (website, email, social media)
