Requirements

• Strong knowledge of RF and digital electronics and circuitry.
• Proficiency with testing procedures, test equipment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with software like LabVIEW or TestStand for automation.
• Experience in problem-solving, critical thinking, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship

Nice To Haves

• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
• Familiar with 6S principles & best practices
• Experience with use of AI for diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Performing top-level and subassembly testing activities.
• Conducting tester certification and calibration.
• Troubleshooting test failures for production and field return assets.
• Performing acceptance testing in accordance with documented procedures.
• Populating test logs and data sheets.
• Compiling As-Built Lists (ABL).
• Generating Quality Notifications for hardware deficiencies.
• Documenting issues with Special Test Equipment (STE).
