About The Position

As a Product Technology Senior Associate, you’ll focus on evaluating software platforms through an integrated commercial, operational, and financial lens. The team provides investment-grade insights that tie product architecture and roadmap credibility directly to valuation, growth, and margin sustainability. You will provide analytical and technical support across product technology diligence engagements, focusing on architecture, engineering, and cost analysis. Assist Product Technology Diligence engagements for Private Equity and strategic clients, assessing software platforms across technical architecture, product strategy, operational scalability, and financial sustainability. This role requires the ability to tie commercial, operational, and financial performance of a software platform directly to its technology architecture and roadmap. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, computer science is a plus
3-6 years of software-related work experience (strategy consulting work experience is a plus)
Experience of transactions is desired, ideally in performance of Technology Due Diligence and/or strategic value creation assignments
3–6 years in technology experience e.g., software engineering, cloud engineering, architecture analysis, or product development environments
Experience in SaaS or platform businesses preferred
Detail-oriented and good at sifting through (large) datasets quickly to identify patterns and develop insights
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Structured problem solving

High learning agility
A passion for software industry
Interest in private equity and transaction environments
Ability to travel up to 50%
