About The Position

Steelwrist is revolutionizing the way excavators work. Our world-class products—including tiltrotators, quick couplers, and work tools—boost productivity by 20–40% for construction professionals worldwide. We are experiencing rapid growth and are expanding our North American operations to better support our customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Support Technician based in Oregon or Washington. This is a hybrid role with a mix of home office work and travel, mainly across the Northwest region, with occasional travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Requirements

  • A proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge
  • Experience working with heavy equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, professional work style
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a similar technical support or field service role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, service, and support visits at customer and dealer locations
  • Plan and deliver installation and technical training for dealerships
  • Handle customer support cases via email and phone in collaboration with the support team
  • Support warranty claim administration and process NCR (Non-Conformance Report) documentation
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction
