About The Position

As a Product Support Specialist at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our outlet and showroom merchandise is assembled, handled, and repaired with care—ready to deliver value to our customers. Your work directly impacts store success by reducing product damage and shrink, all while contributing to a clean, safe, and well-staged retail environment.

• Ability to lift, move, and assemble heavy furniture (up to 50 lbs. unassisted; 200 lbs. with assistance).
• Capable of bending, standing, kneeling, walking, and using tools for extended periods.
• Ability to move safely through all store areas including warehouse, showroom, and outlet.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Back-end retail operations experience.
• Ability to identify repair needs and execute repairs to standard.
