As a Product Support Specialist , you’ll be the first point of contact for machinists, engineers, and partners who rely on our products every day. You’ll combine your CNC machining know-how with customer-first service to provide technical support, guide product selection, and make sure every interaction reflects the 5th Axis standard of excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a CNC operator, setup machinist, or similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers, workholding, and zero-point systems .
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms (Epicor and Salesforce a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree, certificate, or apprenticeship preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support for workholding products, zero-point systems, and related accessories .
  • Troubleshoot customer machining issues and escalate complex cases to engineering when needed.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms —always with professionalism.
  • Assist with order entry, RMAs, shipping coordination, and replacement parts .
  • Document interactions, issues, and solutions in CRM and ERP systems (Epicor, Salesforce preferred).
  • Deliver training and product knowledge to customers.
  • Share feedback with internal teams to drive continuous product and service improvements.
