They already know. ⚡ THE ROLE This is a field-based, hunter-style aftermarket sales role focused on: Service agreements (CSA) Parts revenue growth Preventing downtime before it happens You are not inside sales. You are not order-taking. 👉 You own a territory. 👉 You build relationships. 👉 You drive revenue through insight—not pressure.

Requirements

  • You’ve sold in parts, service, or industrial environments
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent successful track record in industrial sales.
  • You have a valid driver’s license & the ability to safely operate lift trucks for demos.
  • You’re comfortable with cold outreach + field prospecting
  • You have mechanical awareness (you can “see” problems early)
  • You prefer autonomy over hand-holding
  • You want income tied to your effort—not capped potential

Responsibilities

  • Walk customer sites daily and identify equipment risk before failure
  • Turn service work into long-term maintenance contracts
  • Grow parts + service revenue across your territory
  • Build relationships with operators, techs, and leadership
  • Prospect new business through consistent field activity + outreach
