This Sales Coordinator role functions as part of the Product Support (Parts & Service) team and is responsible for providing sales support and maintaining customer relations. In this role, you will: Engage with current and prospective customers to promote our products and services, address inquiries or concerns, build lasting business relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Facilitate the quoting process including building accurate quotes, monitoring job or order statuses, and keeping the customer or Sales Representative informed. Analyze various data types to increase sales volume, ensure quoted jobs are progressing as scheduled, and to evaluate and suggest areas of improvement within the department.
