Gain valuable experience as a paid intern working with the Trihydro. This position is responsible for working with the software product support team to provide help-desk support to software customers through a variety of tasks. Duties will include working with Trihydro’s support ticket system, Samanage, to track, record and manage customer needs. Applicants must be in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software support, software development, database management, or IT business and possess a desire to learn about the software industry. Preferred applicants will have customer support experience. This is a part-time, non-benefited, internship position with flexible hours. Currently enrolled junior, senior, and graduate students are encouraged to apply.
