Product Support Engineer

About The Position

As the Product Support Engineer I, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales acumen, by collaborating with engineering, product teams, and sales teams to deliver effective solutions. You will engage with customers from diverse industries and backgrounds, which presents an opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and understanding of various markets. You will work directly with customers, provide live product demonstrations, and provide technical sales support for the global sales organization. This role reports to the Global Director of Static Aftermarket Accessories.

Requirements

  • Technical or scientific graduate education.
  • A passion for technology and customer driven innovation.
  • Good understanding of materials testing and applications.
  • A positive attitude focused on understanding, anticipating, and responding to the needs of our customers, both internal and external to the department and organization.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • A global mindset.
  • Must be culturally aware and be able to build constructive and effective relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to present at all levels of the organization.
