Requirements
- Prior experience in a parts department, product support, or related customer service role preferred
- Strong phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, diagrams, or technical documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and order processing accuracy
- Experience with inventory or parts management software is a plus
- Mechanically inclined or familiarity with aerial work platforms/lifting equipment is a bonus
- Team player who thrives in a structured, customer-first environment
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls/emails to process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable product support and technical assistance to customers
- Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and inventory management systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory transactions
- Assist walk-in customers as needed
- Follow up on back-ordered or special-order parts to keep customers informed
