About The Position

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines. Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands. As a Product Strategy and Operations leader on the AI Transformation Upskilling team, you will help build the "Nerve Center" for Google's next-generation, intent-driven AI Transformation products and programs. You will play a vital role in reimagining the operating system for delivering in-the-flow learning that is hyper-personalized and upskills Googlers at scale. Our roles often include components of strategy, operations, and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions across Google. In this role, you will manage a team and help to drive the strategic partnerships on various strategic topics related to AI Transformation. You will act as the single source of truth and lead these efforts to ensure the AI learning engagements across Google are efficient and impactful. The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with product and engineering teams.
Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for helping Googlers across the company become AI fluent and define/lead programs and processes to solve them.
Influence team members and executive management to act and drive AI fluency projects to completion across the company.
Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving AI fluency goals.
Shape the partnership strategy and establish governance structures/operating models to maximize value for Alphabet.
Facilitate the discussion between Alphabet leadership and strategic partners by building clear artifacts and communications.
