About The Position

PTS Optimisation brings a proven, outstanding blend of business, quantitative and technology skills to the industry, to provide post-trade risk reduction services to major derivative market participants. Our focus is on deploying sophisticated technology to analyse Banks’ trade and risk data in the cleared and non-cleared markets, to generate multilateral risk-mitigating transaction proposals, and then coordinate the execution of such proposals. The resulting risk reduction leads to commensurate benefits in transaction costs, improved market liquidity, lower capital and margin costs, and improved returns for Banks and their Clients. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Mapping out the client landscape to spot patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Listening carefully to what clients need — and what they’re not saying.
  • Translating feedback into practical improvements and new insights.
  • Supporting sales efforts with insight, preparation, and follow-through.
  • Helping clients adopt new tools, services, and behaviours that improve outcomes.
  • Removing friction from onboarding and ongoing engagement.
  • Building trust, internally and externally, through clear communication and follow-up.
