About The Position

Jim Pattison Volvo Cars North Vancouver is seeking a motivated, personable, and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Product Advisor. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of dealership operations, flexibility to work weekends is required. This role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Successful candidates to submit a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Subaru brand.
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
• Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
