About The Position

Responsible for assisting customers and employees with product needs while keeping inventory and pricing information up to date. This position must consistently be up to date with our product and services changes to better assist customer needs while expanding the growth of our sales.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must understand and follow all safety policies and apply good safety practices while working.
Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
Solid team driven attitude and work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Prior inventory experience is a plus.
Prior knowledge of Oracle/NetSuite is a plus.
Ability to read, write and comprehend English, bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers at the front counter.
Assist services technicians at the back counter.
Assist call in customers with placing product orders.
Create customer sales orders or quotes.
Entering requisitions for product orders.
Adhere to the purchasing procedure.
Expediting Purchase Orders and updating information on orders as necessary.
Check in items and stock shelves accordingly.
Checking and using existing surplus inventory when available.
Ensuring price changes are made or notification given to Inventory Administrators when price discrepancies are discovered.
Working with accounts payable as needed, to resolve any outstanding issues.
Communicating frequently with customers and employees and escalate any pertinent issues to management.
Performing inventory cycle counts.
Housekeeping as it pertains to the Product / retail areas.
Work with the service and sales dept., pull and ordering necessary products and items.
All other duties as assigned.
