Between touchpoints, you’ll huddle with teammates to align on timelines and keep details crisp, then shift into focused time to update product notes and prep for the next request. Requirements
- Experience supporting technical products in power, electrical, or industrial equipment
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort reading specifications, drawings, and datasheets
- Organized, responsive, and customer-driven follow-through
Responsibilities
- Own product knowledge for power solutions and translate specs into clear recommendations
- Support sales and customers with selection, application guidance, and technical documentation
