You’ll greet customers, take them on test drives, and walk them through vehicle features. You will become a product expert, helping people with their vehicle needs. Requirements
- Consistent, professional demeanor in every customer interaction
- Reliable, coach-able, and committed to following established processes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience not required but preferred
- Natural ability to greet customers professionally and make them feel welcome
- Genuine interest in vehicles and working knowledge of automotive features and specs
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive
- Listen to what customers are looking for and match them with the right vehicles
- Lead engaging test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and specs
- Build genuine rapport and answer questions with enthusiasm and honesty
- Smoothly hand off warm, excited customers to the sales manager when they’re ready to talk numbers
