About The Position

Capital Ford Lincoln in Winnipeg is seeking ambitious and tenacious individuals with an elite drive for success to join their team. This role is for sales professionals, particularly those unhappy in their current car sales positions, who are looking for consistent, reachable SPIFs and a dominant pay plan that rewards performance on both the front and back end of sales, including double-digit commissions on the back end. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of successful sales experience (automotive preferred, but retail/marketing welcome).
  • Natural ability to connect with customers, overcome objections, and build strong relationships.
  • Organized, sharp follow-up skills, and comfortable using tech to manage your pipeline.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative approach to match customers with vehicles via phone, internet leads, and walk-ins.
  • Prospect via referrals, leads, and creative personal branding to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Create an exceptional vehicle delivery experience and build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Maintain the lot and showroom to be sharp and ready for high-volume traffic.
