About The Position
Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Product Specialist to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! This role involves guiding customers through the entire car-buying experience, from finding the right vehicle to completing the purchase, including financing. You will demonstrate vehicle features, lead test drives, and stay updated on new vehicles through manufacturer training. The position offers a guaranteed wage of over $2,000 per month before any sales are made, with a pay range of $27,300 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience. The company emphasizes a fun, team-oriented culture with opportunities for career growth and promoting from within.
Requirements
- Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service or people-facing experience
- Valid driver’s license with eligible driving record
- No major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the entire car-buying experience from start to finish
- Find the right vehicle based on the guests’ needs and lifestyle
- Demonstrate vehicle features and lead test drives
- Answer questions about vehicles, financing, and the purchase process
- Stay up to date through manufacturer training and hands-on experience with new vehicles
