About The Position

Thinklogical manufactures secure, high-performance KVM (keyboard, video and mouse) signal extension and matrix switching solutions supporting mission-critical visual computing applications. Customers in defense, government, media and entertainment, and energy and utilities rely on Thinklogical for security, high performance, continuous operation and ease of integration. Our systems enable instant situational awareness, improve cyber security, reduce the insider threat, and simplifies the management of multi-classification information. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to oversee our product lines and drive business growth. The Product Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet revenue and profit goals, as well as identifying new market opportunities and product enhancements. This position will be based out of our Milford, CT location.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
Experience in product management driving business growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of product development processes and go-to-market strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful product strategies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement product line strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
Create and maintain product roadmaps, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements and modifications.
Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging, positioning and marketing campaigns.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to improve products and develop new features.
