About The Position

Join Laird Technologies, a Qnity business, as a North America Product Specialist on our global Thermal Management team. This role is crucial for driving growth and success within our high-performance Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs) portfolio. You will be at the center of product strategy, working closely with various departments like Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. This is a highly visible position where your initiative and leadership can directly impact business results and contribute to solving tough thermal challenges across industries such as aerospace, automotive, data centers, consumer electronics, and telecommunications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, project management, business development, or marketing.
  • Enjoy working with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and can transform data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excel at building relationships and influencing across multiple functions.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy taking ownership of projects.
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our high-performance TIM portfolio.
  • Support pricing strategies, quotations, profitability analysis, and business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams throughout product development and launch activities.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and commercial teams, translating complex product information into customer value.
  • Lead material qualification, raw material optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Drive manufacturing localization and site-transfer projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop engaging marketing and sales materials that help tell our product story.
  • Participate in global initiatives and work alongside colleagues from different regions and cultures.
