MidwayUSA is seeking a Product Specialist to join their Optics line team in Columbia, MO. This role involves working with a Merchandising Manager to select products and build relationships with suppliers, ultimately serving customers. Requirements

Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
1-3 years applicable professional experience (preferred)
User of MidwayUSA's core products and have a passion for shooting, hunting and the outdoors
Excellent product and technical knowledge
Excellent creative writing skills
Ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Select products according to established category budget & overall company budget
Develop relationships with Suppliers
Review Supplier Performance metrics & suggest & implement measures to drive improvement
