About The Position

The Product Coordinator will support the execution of the product strategy across operators in the LATAM region, ensuring optimal product performance, successful activations, and alignment with regional and global objectives. This role focuses on monitoring product KPIs—primarily RNG slots performance—supporting roadmap execution, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring alignment between product and promotional strategies to maximize product visibility and performance.

Requirements

  • Marketing/Business degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment
  • Fluent English language speaker
  • Strong creative and technical English language copywriting skills, with examples of previous work
  • Excellent English language editing skills with superior attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well organised, independent and methodical
  • A passion for online casino and slots
  • Experience working with online product or games studio teams
  • Strong knowledge of the online casino industry

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the product strategy across assigned LATAM operators and territories.
  • Ensure alignment between regional product priorities, promotional strategy, and operator needs.
  • Assist in driving product adoption, visibility, and performance across client portfolios.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report product performance KPIs, with a primary focus on RNG slots (e.g., GGR, bet volume, rounds played, positioning, conversion, and engagement metrics).
  • Identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Track and coordinate product roadmap execution, including new releases, activations, and feature rollouts.
  • Ensure timely and successful activation of new games, exclusives, and product features across operators.
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Marketing teams to align product launches with promotional plans
  • Support launch planning, promotional readiness, and post-launch performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate customization projects, including branded games, localized content, and exclusive releases.
  • Help identify opportunities to promote strategic titles, exclusives, and new releases.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and commercial stakeholders.
  • Support Key Account Managers in product-related client activities, including onboarding, product trainings, promotional alignment, and project execution.
  • Assist in preparing product performance insights, launch plans, and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to strengthening product knowledge and engagement with operators.
