SharkNinja is seeking a strategic, globally minded, and results‑driven media leader to oversee media excellence, cross‑regional strategy, and agile activation across Mexico and LATAM markets—a core engine of SharkNinja’s global expansion. As the Director of Media, LATAM you will build and lead the media strategy, frameworks, and operating models that empower markets to plan and activate quickly, effectively, and consistently. You will guide full‑funnel media execution across emerging regions, ensuring top‑of‑funnel and brand-building efforts complement performance-driven plans led by DTC, Retail Media, and Amazon teams.
