SharkNinjaMiami, FL

About The Position

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, with a diversified portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions that positively impact people’s lives in homes around the world. Powered by two trusted, global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market and developing one consumer product after another has allowed SharkNinja to enter multiple product categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 4,100 associates, the company’s products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world. This is not a role for someone who manages from a distance. We are looking for a bold, culturally fluent, and commercially sharp marketing leader who lives and breathes Latin America. As VP of Latin America Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of global brand vision and regional market reality. You will be the critical bridge between our commercial ambitions and the cultural nuance required to make our brand not just visible in LATAM — but felt. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a leader who thrives in complexity, moves fast, and builds with purpose.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with significant time spent leading marketing in Latin America across multiple markets.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth through integrated brand and performance marketing strategies — not just brand awareness, but real demand creation.
  • Deep expertise in consumer insights, media strategy, and campaign development across the LATAM landscape, including an understanding of regional media ecosystems, digital platforms, and cultural contexts.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and category teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives.
  • Experience adapting global brand strategy to regional execution while maintaining brand integrity and amplifying local relevance.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese a meaningful plus.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and resource-constrained environments — you are energized by building, not just managing.
  • A genuine love for Latin American culture — the people, the nuance, the diversity — that shows up in how you work, not just what you say.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with regional leadership, sales, and commercial teams to develop growth strategies that are as rigorous as they are ambitious.
  • Bring sharp analytical thinking to assortment strategy — understanding what products, in what formats, at what price points, unlock demand across distinct LATAM markets.
  • Identify and activate the right levers across the full marketing mix to accelerate category penetration and revenue growth.
  • Translate global category vision into regionally relevant, locally resonant marketing strategies — without losing strategic integrity in the translation.
  • Lead integrated campaign development in partnership with the local media and demand generation teams to ensure the communication strategy are executed flawlessly.
  • Own go to market strategy for the region — including communication strategy, investment plans with media team,
  • Act as the brand's cultural compass for Latin America. You understand how people live, celebrate, aspire, and consume across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and beyond — and you use that understanding to build genuine resonance.
  • Develop deep consumer insights that inform messaging, creative direction, and go-to-market strategies that feel native to each market, not imported from global headquarters.
  • Build and steward authentic relationships with local communities, creators, media, and cultural moments that amplify brand relevance across the region.
  • Lead the development of regionally adapted messaging frameworks that are culturally specific, emotionally compelling, and commercially effective.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate — bringing a performance-minded approach to creative and messaging optimization across markets.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a lean, high-performing regional marketing team that punches above its weight.
  • Foster a culture of exploration, accountability, and bold thinking — where the team is empowered to move quickly and take smart risks.
  • Serve as a vocal and visible advocate for the LATAM market within the global organization, ensuring regional needs, insights, and opportunities are understood and prioritized at the highest levels.
