An individual contributor with recognized skills in a specialized role in the field of Financial Services Operations/Analyses/Back Office. Assists in the management financial transactions, prepare performance reports, handle complex finance administration projects, and reconcile accounts. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location. Leveraging specialized knowledge and skills acquired through education, industry experience, and specialized training, provides oversight and support for Raymond James statements and trade confirmations. Responsibilities include ensuring that statements/confirms are produced and delivered in an accurate method that meets firm and regulatory requirements with consideration to potential risk exposure to the firm. Partners with multiple product areas, business units and IT to research issues or problems, recommend a course of action, and coordinate complex enhancements. Additionally, serves as a subject matter expert with tactical and functional responsibilities on project teams and leads multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure accuracy with regard to changes. Minimal guidance is provided to perform varied work that is time sensitive and difficult in character requiring evaluation, originality and ingenuity to make complex decisions with the potential for risk to the firm. Resolves or recommends solutions to complex problems. Regular contact with internal customers is required to identify, research, and resolve problems.
