About The Position

The Product Specialist - EDP will play a critical role in the Information Technology department, focusing on the development, implementation, and enhancement of our electronic data processing (EDP) solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms to drive product success and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product specialist or related role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Enhanced security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document product requirements for EDP solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Azure technologies to design and deliver effective product solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through execution, including product planning, development, and launch.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, implementing necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring optimal product utilization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and customer support to ensure product alignment and success.
• Maintain thorough documentation of product specifications, processes, and updates.
