About The Position

This role sits within Millennium’s Information Technology organization, where flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems are core to the health and growth of the business. The team supports Millennium’s growing suite of AI products and firmwide AI initiatives, partnering closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to keep those systems running smoothly and drive adoption across the firm.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product operations, technical product management, product support, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted coding tools, with the ability to build automations, scripts, and lightweight applications.
  • Technical fluency: comfortable reading code, working with APIs, debugging basic issues, and writing automation scripts in Python, JavaScript, or low-code tools.
  • A track record building scalable onboarding workflows, support processes, or self-service tooling using AI
  • Dashboard and reporting proficiency (SQL, Tableau, Datadog, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce user-facing documentation, product briefs, marketing materials, and training content.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally prior experience as software engineering background and/or in Financial services industry experience within an alternative investment firm.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable onboarding workflows, support processes, and operational playbooks for AI products, identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation to improve efficiency across the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product users: run regular check-ins, triage issues, track feature requests, and represent the voice of the user back to the product team.
  • Design, build, and maintain product health dashboards, usage analytics, and operational reports, translating data into actionable insights for product and leadership teams.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to strengthen the user experience, coordinating product launches, communicating changes, and driving adoption across the firm.
  • Develop scripts, workflows, and lightweight tools — including with Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools — to automate repetitive tasks and scale support operations.
  • Create user-facing communications, training materials, product briefs, one-pagers, and release notes that translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback, stakeholder needs, and field questions into structured product requirements, working closely with the product manager to prioritize the roadmap.
  • Support program management of AI initiatives across the firm, including senior leadership reporting, cross-team status tracking, and building automated systems to capture the firm’s AI book of work.
