We’re seeking a driven, tech‑savvy Product Specialist to join our team and help drive adoption of CoCounsel, our industry‑leading, AI‑powered client‑facing solution. Serve as a trusted product expert for CoCounsel, supporting Key Account clients in the Tax, Audit and Accounting Professionals (TAAP) segment. Partner closely with Key Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to support pre-sales, post-sale, renewal, and expansion activities. Deliver tailored product demonstrations, deep-dive sessions, and enablement experiences aligned to customer workflows and business outcomes. Help clients drive adoption, confidence, and measurable value from CoCounsel by enabling advanced and complex use cases. Translate generative AI capabilities and product functionality into clear, practical insights for technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in customer conversations, including senior and executive-level discussions, to articulate product value and differentiation. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, identifying patterns, and sharing insights with Product and Engineering teams. Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and targeted customer programs focused on CoCounsel within TAAP.
