Requirements

• PCBA passive components (resistors, capacitors, inductors)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for PCBA passive components (resistors, capacitors, inductors)
• Manage supplier relationships, allocation negotiations, and capacity planning in a constrained market
• Ensure supply continuity, lead-time management, and support for expedite and PO pull-in activities
• Drive cost optimization, market benchmarking, and regional sourcing initiatives aligned with U.S. localization
• Partner with Engineering, NPI, and CMs to ensure BOM readiness and component qualification
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, including shortages, price volatility, and supplier performance gaps
