  • Strong ownership and critical thinking—able to work independently, make sound decisions, and escalate appropriately.
  • High attention to detail with a consistent track record of accurate documentation, data entry, and follow-through.
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment (activity, reach, conversion, cycle time, adoption/activation outcomes).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn new tools, processes, and healthcare payments concepts quickly and apply them confidently in conversations.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across payer, operations, product, and internal partner teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales development or inside sales experience in healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or payments (or strong transferable selling experience).
  • Exposure to Health Plan, provider revenue cycle, claims/remittance, or healthcare IT concepts (ERA/EFT a plus). Use data and feedback to refine outreach effectiveness (messaging, sequencing, objection handling) and recommend process enhancements.
  • Experience using CRM and engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms) to track activity and outcomes. Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation (notes, statuses, outcomes) to support visibility, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

  • Assist sales teams with related sales functions, including contract support/coordination, presentations, legal coordination, meeting note-taking, and other pre- and post-sales activities as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outbound call campaigns to Providers and Health Plans (and related payer teams) to increase adoption of electronic payments and ERA, using an omnichannel approach (phone, email, Zoom).
  • Build and manage campaign plans (target lists, outreach sequencing, talk tracks, follow-up cadence) to drive measurable expansion of our footprint.
  • Partner closely with the Payer organization and internal stakeholders to align on campaign goals, targeting strategy, progress updates, and partner satisfaction outcomes.
  • Engage Provider and Health Plan stakeholders with a consultative, value-based approach—linking product capabilities to workflow outcomes (speed, accuracy, reduced manual effort).
  • Own end-to-end engagement for assigned campaigns: outreach, qualification, education, next-step coordination, and confirmation of successful setup/adoption.
  • Develop working knowledge of the Health Plan space (payer operations, disbursement workflows, remittance/ERA, provider enrollment touchpoints) and apply it in external conversations.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-trust experience—setting expectations, communicating next steps, and maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation (notes, statuses, outcomes) to support visibility, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
  • Use data and feedback to refine outreach effectiveness (messaging, sequencing, objection handling) and recommend process enhancements.
