About The Position

You are a technically strong, customer‑centric architect who excels at translating complex business problems into scalable, elegant solutions. As a Product Solution Architect at Qyrus, you play a critical role in aligning customer requirements with the capabilities of the Qyrus AI‑powered test automation platform. You partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to design solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable, and easy to deploy. You operate at the intersection of product strategy, solution design, and customer execution, ensuring Qyrus solutions deliver clear, measurable value.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, with 7–10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or SaaS platform roles
  • Strong experience designing solutions for enterprise or mid‑market SaaS platforms
  • A solid foundation in software testing, QA, test automation, or SDLC‑related technologies
  • The ability to bridge technical depth and business context, communicating clearly with both engineers and executives
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering to influence product direction
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A consultative mindset with a strong customer‑value orientation
  • Candidates should be authorized to accept employment in the U.S. from any employer
  • Willing to start within four weeks of accepting an offer

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Selenium, Appium, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps tooling
  • Exposure to AI or GenAI‑powered platforms
  • Prior experience in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or forward deployment roles

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary solution design authority for Qyrus, translating customer business and technical requirements into platform‑aligned architectures.
  • Design end‑to‑end solution blueprints, including workflows, integrations, automation strategies, and platform configurations.
  • Partner with Sales, Forward Deployment, and Client Success teams to support pre‑sales discovery, proof‑of‑value engagements, and complex customer implementations.
  • Deeply understand the Qyrus platform, including AI‑powered and GenAI capabilities, and articulate how those capabilities solve customer problems.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to uncover requirements, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Validate solution feasibility by collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, influencing roadmap decisions when needed.
  • Create and maintain solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and best‑practice guides.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them design scalable, future‑proof testing and quality engineering strategies.
  • Support complex deployments and escalations, providing architectural guidance for advanced use cases.
  • Capture market and customer feedback, translating insights into product and solution improvements.
