About The Position

Boeing is hiring for an Experienced Product Security Engineer (Integration) to join their team. This role is part of the Boeing Anti-Tamper Engineering Capability Center, responsible for protecting critical computers in Boeing defense platforms. The position offers the opportunity to work on products across Boeing's defense portfolio, focusing on design, integration, and testing. The selected candidate will lead a team of integration engineers to ensure the application of Anti-Tamper (AT) best practices and common solutions across multiple Phantom Works programs. The team is expanding to develop and field new protection solutions for both hardware and software domains across all Boeing and supplier-generated products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
  • 1 year experience in design, development, and integration of complex electronic systems or subsystems.
  • 1 year experience leading teams.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
  • Ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the anti-tamper or product security domains.
  • Experience supporting Military/Defense customers.
  • Experience in requirements analysis.
  • Experience or interest in cryptography, secure communications protocols and reverse engineering techniques at a system and component level.
  • Experience or interest in commercial off the shelf (COTS) FPGAs and COTS security features.
  • Active US Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support development programs, research efforts, and strategic initiatives in the areas of Product Security / Anti-Tamper.
  • Develop requirements, documentation, test plans, and test procedures, and participate in verification activities for Anti-tamper development.
  • Collaborate with platform chief engineers, chief architects, and team leads to define platform architectures and implementations for advanced tactical capabilities.
  • Lead a small team of integration engineers across multiple Phantom Works programs to ensure AT best practices and common solutions are used.
