Product Sample Coordinator

About The Position
We're looking for an organized, dependable team member who is excited about our brand and interested in learning about product development. In this entry-level role, you'll help manage product samples by organizing, tracking, shipping, and maintaining inventory while supporting teams across Product Development, Marketing, Quality, Creative, and Sales.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about our company and interested in product development
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and shifting priorities
- Basic computer skills and the ability to keep accurate records
Responsibilities
- Organize, track, and maintain product samples and inventory
- Prepare, pack, ship, and receive product samples for internal teams and external partners
- Keep sample storage areas, workspaces, and showrooms organized and stocked
- Assist with product testing, photoshoots, meetings, trade shows, and special projects
- Support Product Development and other teams with sample requests and basic administrative tasks
- Help maintain accurate records and inventory of samples
- Perform other duties as assigned
