This role offers a fast-track career with an exclusive 90-day training program, with the opportunity to advance to a Sales Specialist position with earning potential up to $200,000 annually. Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends
• 9 to 11-hour shifts required
• Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions
• 2 to 3 years customer service and/or sales experience in a high volume industry
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused
• Energetic
• Self-motivated
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, including test drives
• Achieve daily, weekly, and/or monthly sales goals
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Perform other duties as assigned
