This role provides technical leadership during customer engagements, optimizes TEM product positioning and value selling, and organizes and facilitates demonstrations to ensure product value is clearly demonstrated. The specialist will identify solutions that address customer high-value problems, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and drive bookings acceleration and customer success across the TEM portfolio. Using a technical expertise and consultative sales approach, the role identifies opportunities, gathers Voice of Customer (VOC) from the field, and provides feedback to the business unit. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to support customer needs and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve R&D goals, contributing to Thermo Fisher’s mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
