Position Summary The Product Sales Manager (PSM), Robotic Solutions – NAM, is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing revenues across the North American market. This role focuses on both direct engagement with end users and the development of a strong integrator and reseller network. Acting as a key commercial and technical interface, the PSM supports customers and partners both in the field and remotely, providing product expertise, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining awareness of market trends. Success in this role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to gain buy-in from customers, integrators, and internal stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in growing ESAB’s Robotics, Digital, HIP, and High-Technology product portfolio across the region.
