The Product Sales Executive (Hematology/Urinalysis) is responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and strengthening Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ position within the Heme/UA portfolio. This role requires a proactive, hunter mentality—someone who actively creates new business opportunities rather than relying on existing demand. The ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of laboratory workflows, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, coupled with the ability to execute targeted sales strategies across diverse clinical settings. You will partner with internal teams to lead customer engagements, position Heme/UA solutions, and accelerate territory growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities across emergency, inpatient, and outreach environments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings to identify opportunities and support the development of targeted sales strategies Leverage market and competitive insights to support account planning and identify opportunities for growth and expansion Engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their operational and clinical needs, delivering clear and effective product presentations Build foundational knowledge of Heme/UA technologies and utilize sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Power BI) to support territory planning and performance tracking Partner cross-functionally to execute territory plans, support pipeline management, and contribute to achieving revenue goals
