You will act as a strategic consultant, collaborating directly with product executives and solution engineers to deliver transformative, end-to-end integration software that fundamentally optimizes how the construction lifecycle operates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Exceptionally high technical aptitude with proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
  • Exemplary presentation, negotiation, and communication skills across all corporate levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada up to 50% of the time (averaging 20%).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales experience specifically within the construction industry or building tech space.
  • Experience managing hybrid portfolios combining account management and new logo development.
  • Deep familiarity with construction workflow software integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive expansion and new logo acquisition by identifying customer pain points and demonstrating the high-impact value of Trimble AECO integrations.
  • Cultivate strong, multi-level relationships across diverse customer personas to uncover new pipeline opportunities and broaden account scope.
  • Lead prospects through the end-to-end buying journey, expertly negotiating and closing complex SaaS integration contracts.
  • Partner with product sales executives and marketing teams to maintain comprehensive knowledge of software enhancements and construction industry trends.
  • Design, execute, and maintain strategic long-term territory plans to consistently exceed sales targets and quota expectations.
