About The Position

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Product Review Engineer (Liaison Engineer) located in Mesa, AZ. This role assists with the analysis and disposition of products for non-conformance, supports configuration control, and provides basic assistance to identify and document deviations that could impact product integrity, safety, design, and regulatory requirements. The engineer will collect data to support root cause analysis, assist with implementing corrective actions, and provide technical support by researching issues related to design, manufacturing, regulations, and processes. Additionally, the role supports activities to define, initiate, and approve technical content for revisions/improvements to product definition data and assists with supplier audits. The position works under general direction.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 5+ years of work related experience
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
• Ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
