Product Review Engineer 3 - Liaison Engineering
About The Position
Review and evaluate non-conforming parts, assemblies, and installations identified during production. Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities and participate in engineering disposition decisions. Analyze manufacturing deviations and determine appropriate corrective actions. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design engineering teams to resolve production issues. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for compliance with design requirements. Provide technical guidance to manufacturing personnel regarding approved repair methods and engineering requirements. Assist in root cause investigations and support implementation of corrective actions. Document MRB decisions, engineering analyses, and technical resolutions. Support engineering change implementation and maintain configuration control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's of Science degree from an ABET or ABET-equivalent accredited course of study in Engineering.
- 5 or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Experienced level).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Nice To Haves
- 5 or more years of experience supporting MRB (Material Review Board) activities related to aircraft systems or structures.
- Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes.
- Prior certification supporting MRB activities within Boeing Commercial Airplanes engineering organizations.
