About The Position

Primarily responsible for providing ad hoc and recurring reports in support of the Global Quality Field Action (FA) process, including recalls, removals, safety alerts, customer notifications and field corrections. This role collaborates directly with divisional partners while providing product traceability and FA expertise to divisions, the FA team and regional FA coordinators. The individual in this position will also identify, recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Execute recurring and ad hoc reporting activities for product inquiry reports (PIRs) and field actions, supporting both internal and external customers.
  • Utilize knowledge of Boston Scientific divisions, database entities, data access methodologies, Microsoft Office applications and business-specific systems, including FARS and SAP, to support reporting needs.
  • Perform data quality analyses, evaluate findings and recommend system enhancements, business process improvements and data corrections.
  • Support execution of approved field action plans, including assisting with delivery of field action communications and retrieval activities.
  • Conduct post-action reporting activities and support document archiving and field action closure requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of departmental and corporate field action policies and procedures.
  • Manage reporting requests in accordance with established processes and service expectations.
