About The Position
Our multinational manufacturing client is seeking a Product Registration Representative. The candidate will support pre-delivery and after-sales support to customers, which may include product ordering, availability and delivery.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- 1 year of experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint

- Salesforce experience
Responsibilities
- Provide website navigation instructions for registering products online
- Register equipment for homeowners when the customer has no internet access
- Provide customer warranty information
- Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors
- Refer customer to the correct person/team when not a registration issue
- Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed
