About The Position
The Product Quality Inspector helps ensure Uline product lines meet the company’s quality standards and customer needs. This on-site role is based at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and involves coordinating with warehouse teams, supporting vendor check-ins, inspecting products, maintaining quality records, and working with vendors to resolve quality issues. Travel to Uline’s North American locations is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to move packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Availability to travel to Uline’s North American locations.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Warehouse team on product Quality Control initiatives.
- Support secondary vendor and new vendor check-ins, ensuring products adhere to Uline’s quality standards.
- Review returned products for proper documentation and maintain quality records.
- Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to identify quality issues.
- Work with vendors to resolve quality issues and facilitate the return and credit process.
