About The Position

Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in an Aerospace Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the co-op session.
- Experience in quality-related tasks. Experience may be obtained through coursework, research, projects, or on-the-job experience.
Nice To Haves
- Prior internship, co-op, or work experience with Raytheon Technologies (RTX).
Responsibilities
- Assisting product quality teams in reviewing defects and conducting scrap analysis.
- Providing manufacturing support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within production processes.
- Participating in root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions for quality issues.
- Supporting proactive quality initiatives to prevent defects and optimize performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality protocols and objectives.
