About The Position

We are looking for an innovative problem-solver to perform end-to-end product development—taking formulations from creation to the pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing, including the opportunity to support packaging development and scale-up. This Product & Process Development Engineering role provides the opportunity to influence products from concept through commercialization while working across diverse regulated product categories including OTC drugs, cosmetics, and industrial products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
Minimum 3 years of GMP‑regulated formulation and process development experience
Experience scaling products from lab to commercial manufacturing
Experience authoring validation documentation
Practical, hands‑on approach to scale‑up and manufacturing
Strong technical writing skills
Strong communication skills
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
Detail‑oriented problem solver
Ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to innovate
Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues using scientific and data‑driven methods

Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and validate innovative formulations by creating new products, improving existing ones, qualifying raw materials, and conducting studies to ensure stability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Scale product and process development, from laboratory formulation through pilot-plant and full-scale manufacturing, including process validation.
Support the creation, evaluation, and scale‑up of innovative, compliant packaging solutions by participating in the design of new systems, assessing materials, supporting commercialization, and owning all packaging specifications.
Ensure development work meets cGMP and regulatory standards by maintaining thorough technical documentation, supporting audits and submissions, and contributing to investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate across teams to strengthen products and processes by applying scientific and statistical tools, driving continuous improvement, and staying current on evolving technologies and industry expectations.
