About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a key advisor on pricing strategy for automotive products, shaping decisions that directly impact revenue, profitability, and market positioning. You will analyze costs, pricing trends, and competitive offerings to provide actionable recommendations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate pricing decisions. The position requires a mix of analytical rigor, financial modeling, and strategic insight, with the ability to influence business outcomes at a senior level. You will develop dashboards and reporting tools to track pricing performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or business strategy roles.
  • BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing pricing processes across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and Tableau for financial modeling and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Experience with financial analysis of revenue, margins, and pricing drivers.
  • Skilled in competitive market analysis and strategic recommendation development.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for automotive products, balancing profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct financial analysis of costs, revenue, and margin drivers to inform pricing decisions.
  • Perform competitive analyses to benchmark product pricing and identify market trends.
  • Lead internal pricing discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on recommendations.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams to build dashboards, analytics, and reports that provide insights on discounting, segmentation, and pricing trends.
  • Audit and analyze billing and pricing errors to recommend corrective actions and improve processes.
  • Support the design of new pricing models and frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
