Rowe Price is seeking a Global Product Pricing Manager to play a critical role in the development and execution of global product pricing strategies that materially impact firm revenue and competitive positioning. This role partners closely with leaders across distribution, investments, finance, legal, and operations to shape pricing decisions across a broad range of investment products, client segments, and global markets. The Global Product Pricing Manager is responsible for strategic pricing analyses and business cases, spanning enterprise-wide pricing initiatives, regional and channel-specific pricing strategies, and client or deal-specific negotiations. The role requires expertise in product structures, vehicles, and client relationships, as well as the ability to conduct scenario modeling, synthesize market, competitor, and client insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executive decision-makers. Operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, this position plays a critical role in aligning pricing strategy with client needs, commercial objectives, and the firm’s long-term growth ambitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate analysis into actionable insights.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise takeaways for senior stakeholders, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively in ambiguous or complex situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently with strong accountability and follow‑through.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting competitor and market analysis using tools such as Morningstar and eVestment; familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Advanced degree or progress towards (CFA, MBA, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex pricing analyses that support the development of global pricing offers and strategic deep dives for assigned product lines, regions, or distribution channels.
  • Design and execute scenario modeling, client segmentation analyses, and competitor pricing assessments to inform pricing business cases and recommendations.
  • Engages directly with distribution, product, investment, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders to gather inputs, test hypotheses, and align on recommended pricing approaches.
  • Develop pricing recommendation materials (including memos and supporting analyses) and assist with required approval and delegation processes for moderately complex pricing decisions.
  • Contribute to pricing governance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including enhancements to pricing processes, analytical frameworks, and decision tools.
