About The Position

The Product Picker Specialist is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced apparel and headwear warehouse. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to meeting daily fulfillment goals while maintaining product quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of warehouse, order fulfillment, or related experience (apparel/headwear industry preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse technology (handheld scanners, WMS, or RF devices).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick apparel and hat products from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements.
  • Verify product codes, sizes, and quantities before staging orders for packing.
  • Ensure items are handled with care to maintain product quality.
  • Report discrepancies or inventory shortages to supervisors.
  • Assist in restocking and organizing picking areas to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of product locations, stock rotations, and warehouse layout.
  • Meet daily picking productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Follow established processes to minimize errors and delays.
  • Work closely with packing and shipping teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and company policies.
  • Help keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
